Global Collaboration 全球协作

Working through Global Perspectives
SBA currently operates on three continents. With headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts, and a regional office in Enfield, Connecticut, U.S.A., we maintain affiliated international offices in London, England; Guangzhou, China; and Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
With projects and people active across the globe on a daily basis, SBA remains open virtually 24 hours a day. By maximizing our collaboration among these offices, we support our clients’ design needs and documentation schedules with quick responses and results. In today’s evolving global economy, our practice embraces the diverse perspectives that each of our offices offers, creating a truly integrated professional outlook.
Our range of expertise has also expanded as a result of our international work. For example, our sustainable design initiatives have benefited from London’s rich history in sustainable practices that have long been part of mainstream design in British architecture. Meanwhile, our China office has allowed us to expand our aesthetic and technological thinking through mass-scale urban planning ventures.
Our collaborative mission also manifests as joint ventures and as consulting work teaming with local firms. Our in-house planning division, Sterling Planning Alliance, works with clients worldwide, and nearly forty percent of their projects have involved coordinating with design firms in the U.S., U.K., and beyond. Our firm-wide dedication to partnering and teamwork is what has made SBA into exceptional leaders, collaborators, and consultants.
